Streets Alive will take place on Aug. 14, 1 to 6 p.m., on Main Street, from Crown Park to Chicago Avenue. Streets Alive temporarily transforms Evanston’s streets into car-free open spaces for all to freely enjoy.

The event encourages healthy, green forms of transportation, like walking and biking, brings people together, and helps people visualize innovative ways to use our precious public spaces.
