Chicago Foundation for Women’s Freedom from Violence portfolio has awarded the YWCA Evanston/North Shore $15,000 to support its comprehensive domestic violence services. Chicago Foundation for Women’s Freedom from Violence supports local organizations and community-centered programs that help women break free from violence and rebuild their lives.

We are grateful for this much-needed support and for Chicago Foundation for Women’s ongoing commitment to investing in women,” said Karen Singer, president and CEO of YWCA Evanston/North Shore. “The foundation’s goals align with our mission at YWCA to empower women, eliminate racism and build better communities.”
