Evanston Township High School will present the Fall Frosh/Soph Production, Ray Bradbury’s “The Wonderful Ice Cream Suit” at 4 p.m. on Nov. 3 and 4 in the school’s Little Theater, 1600 Dodge Ave. There will also be a 7 p.m. performance on Nov. 5. Tickets are available at the door only.
The play centers on six down-and-out guys who dream of changing their lives with the purchase of a new white suit. They only have enough money for one suit, to be shared among the six of them. The suit owners are played by Ian McCall, Jacob Wilson, Liz Krema; Ruthie Caro, Janiah Taylor, and Gracie Styler.
Anne Lefkovitz directs and Anders Jacobson has designed the set, sound, and lighting. ETHS Social Worker Josh Cepeda has consulted on the Latino background of the play and provided musical selections for the sound track.
