The Evanston Animal Shelter Association (EASA), a not-for-profit association that funds and operates the Evanston Animal Shelter, will host its second annual Tails in Bloom Gala from 6 to 10 p.m. on March 11 at the Evanston Art Center, 1717 Central St. The shelter invites the community to attend and support this fundraiser as all proceeds will be used for the care and rehabilitation of the shelter’s resident animals, including quality medical care and behavioral training.

“This fundraiser helps the shelter reach its goals in ensuring our community is able to help animals in immediate need of care and eventually find them a safe and loving home,” said Shannon Daggett, Director of Fundraising and Community Engagement for the Evanston Animal Shelter Association. “Our volunteers work tirelessly to ensure the health, safety, and adoption of our animals, and it means so much to us to see the community come out and support the shelter through this event.”
