ETHS’s softball team has eight returning seniors and four underclassmen who are also returning starters, which should enable the team to build on last year’s success, in which the team won 18 games and tied for the conference championship.
The Kits opened the 2017 season with wins over Northside College Prep, 11-0, and Wheeling, 7-2, and then a loss to Loyola Academy, 7-3. On April 4, the Kits beat Maine East, 7-1.
