The Custer Street Fair drew a wide range of people selling various products.  From people promoting their businesses to face painting to hand-crafted items, the Custer Street Fair had something for everyone.

Authors Evan Roberts and Darryl Harvey are members of the Chicago Black Authors Network. Their stand at the fair was promoting their books. One of their goals with the books is to promote literacy for children.

The KC Exotic Air Plants stand offered plants that grow without soil. This was a popular stand at the fair because of the rarity of these plants, which come from all over the world, specifically the Amazon.

Ko Vang Xiong was selling a variety of homemade items, which ranged from stuffed animals to purses. All of the products were made by his wife and himself from cotton and other fabrics.
