The Halim Time and Glass Museum has opened its doors at 1560 Oak Ave., housing more than 1,100 time pieces and more than 70 stained glass pieces of art.

For 11 years the museum has been the dream of the Halim family.

“Time pieces, since I was little child, I was fascinated by how they were put together,” said Cameel Halim.

The building is five stories tall and is filled with history, art and the study of time. Its vertical design is meant to symbolize the enormous works of art inside.
