Jill Collins, Emma Estberg, and Maria Iordanov, leaders of the international development committee of the ETHS Community Service Club, are collecting recipes from Evanston restaurants, families, students, teachers, and community members to  create an Evanston Community cookbook.

All the proceeds from the cookbook will go towards benefiting the White Helmets in Syria, an organization of volunteers that act as first respondents for Syrian cities where government help is not readily available and where violence is a daily occurrence. The students have collected 70 recipes.
