Board of Ethic Meeting Cancelled

The May 22 Board of Ethics meeting has been cancelled because of the illness of the Board Chair. Michelle Masoncup, Interim Corporation Council said, “ We had a minimum quorum with her after two members recused themselves from the case and now we lack quorum without her.  The parties were notified and we will post the notice soon.” A special meeting will be scheduled, and parties are working on setting up the new date for the meeting, she said.
