Due to rain, 2nd, 5th and 7th Ward celebrations are moving to Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center, 1655 Foster St., Evanston. The DJ and vendor activities will take place in the gym from 6 to 8 p.m. and “Star Wars-The Last Jedi” will be screened at 8 p.m.
The 9th Ward celebration originally scheduled for Kamen Park has been cancelled due to the wet field conditions.
The Evanston Public Library events will move indoors.
The Evanston Animal Shelter event has been cancelled.
The Brummel Park Neighbors Howard Street Walk will take place if weather permits; otherwise, it will be rescheduled.
The Washington Street Block Party has been delayed until 7 p.m. and will take place if weather permits.
