On Oct. 25, the ETHS girls swimming and diving team beat Glenbrook South, 129-57. The next day, on Oct. 26, the Kits took third place among 10 teams in the Deerfield Invitational, with a total of 176.5 points. They were edged out by Rosary and Stevenson.

Senior Lucy Hogan won another diving title with a total of 453.05 points in the diving competition. Other top individual finishes for the Wildkits included Erin Long, tie for 3rd in the 200-yard freestyle (1:58.98) and 6th in the 100 freestyle (55.22); Samantha Rhodes, 5th in the 200 individual medley (2:15.32) and 5th in the 500 freestyle (5:22.23); and Lily Consiglio, 5th in the 100 butterfly (1:01.13) and tie for 6th in the 50 freestyle (25.41).

Lily teamed up with Cassie Tingley, Natalie Long and Erin Long for 4th in the 200 freestyle relay in 1:41.08, and the 400 freestyle relay team of Cassie, Erin Long, Mackenzie Tucker and Caroline Chapon also earned 4th, in 3:43.74.
The girls return to Deerfield Nov. 2 at 5:30 p.m. as the No. 2 teams in the CSL South and North meet up in a CSL Crossover.
