We are still seeing some snow which could drop another 1/2 to 1 inch of accumulation before it moves east after 9 am.

Crews are currently out plowing and spreading as needed. Main focus is on main thoroughfares through the rush hour then operations will switch to residential streets.

Public works agency is currently dealing with some tree issues caused by the heavy snow and strong winds.

In addition, we have been informed that our refuse collectors will be suspending services for today due to the weather. They should resume service tomorrow.

Street sweeping has also been canceled for today.

The city will have crews out attempting to pick up residential recycling but there are no guarantees that we will be able to complete the routes.

Updates will be sent throughout the day.
