Martha Logan, Community Engagement Manager for the City of Evanston will retire at the end of the year.
A lifelong Evanstonian – her grandson is a fifth-generation Evanstonian – Ms. Logan returned to Evanston after earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Missouri. She began her journalistic career with a local newspaper and, for the past 29 years, has worked for the City of Evanston.
In conveying her intent to retire to City officials, Ms. Logan wrote, “It has been a pleasure working alongside so many dedicated, smart and caring individuals. I will miss my interactions with City staff and residents, but I will continue to live and play in Evanston.”
