Evanston Township High School District 202 will be closed on Wednesday, January 30 and Thursday, January 31 due to severe weather conditions. Make-up days will be announced when they are scheduled. Please review the following details:

Wednesday, January 30: ETHS will be closed. Allbefore- and after-school practices, activities and events are canceled. All 12-month safety staff, exempt safety staff, custodians, engineers, and grounds people should work their regularly scheduled shifts. All other ETHS employees should stay home.

Thursday, January 31: There will be no school. All before-school practices, activities and events are canceled. With warmer temperatures predicted for Thursday afternoon, after-school practices, activities and events will be held as planned on Thursday. All 12-month safety staff, exempt safety staff, custodians, engineers, and grounds people should work their regularly scheduled shifts. All other ETHS employees should stay home during the school day.

School officials will continue to monitor the weather and will use the automated voice message and email system and ETHS website to inform students, staff and parents of any additional closures or delays. Please do not call the high school. School closures or delays will also be announced on local television and radio stations via the Emergency Closing Center.
