Four Evanston Township High School (ETHS) teams have qualified to compete at the national Tests of Engineering Aptitude, Mathematics, and Science (TEAMS) Competition in June 2019. Out of the four ETHS teams, one ranked third in state and the other came in eighth.

The Technology Student Association’s annual TEAMS competition welcomes groups of four to eight students to work collaboratively on real engineering topics and problems. During the three-part contest, teams worked together to complete multiple-choice questions, an essay, and a design/build challenge based on this year’s theme, “The Engineering Brain.”
