The decorated utility boxes in the downtown are the result of a partnership between Downtown Evanston and One River School. Summer campers at One River School painted 14 utility boxes in Downtown Evanston with designs by Humberto Saldana.
A walking tour map of the newly decorated utility boxes will be available from representatives of One River School during the Thursday Night
Live concert on Aug. 22.
