YWCA Evanston/North Shore honored local women, Alpana Singh, Cindy Hartwig and Sekile M. Nzinga at its annual YWomen Leadership Celebration on Nov.9.  Mya Y. Allen, a senior at Evanston Township High School, also was recognized as the recipient of the YWCA Evanston/North Shore Education Award.
