Those who are thinking of going may wish to consider fixing their own computers rather than throwing away or paying someone else to fix a broken laptop.
Sunday afternoons from Feb. 2 through May 24, people can bring their laptops or desktop computers to the Main Library, 1703 Orrington Ave., between 2 and 4 p.m. to get repair help from an expert.
No reservation is required nor are fees charged. An expert will be on hand in the small meeting room on the first floor to help people learn how to repair software or hardware issues or suggest other remedies if the problem is more difficult. Patrons should bring their AC adapters or power cords for their computers or laptops with them.
