Evanston Township High School, Youth Job Center, Rotary Club of Evanston Lighthouse and the Mayor’s Employer Advisory Council are sponsoring the third annual Career Options Night from 3 to 7 p.m. on March 19 at the high school, 1600 Dodge Ave.

The event is open to the Evanston community and will be held in the ETHS North Cafeteria; entrance is through Door #1 on Dodge Avenue.

This event is focused on career opportunities that do not require a four-year college degree, and more than 40 exhibitors are expected to attend. These will include local employers who have internship and permanent employment opportunities and organizations that provide post-secondary training for many careers. Oakton Community College will also be exhibiting.

The sponsors encourage all ETHS students, their parents or guardians as well as recent ETHS graduates to attend and find out about the many career pathway opportunities that provide a path to middle class.

This is an exhibition and not a job or employment event. It is being held to show everyone the many pathways to a successful career, what it takes to get there and provide the opportunity to talk with the exhibitor s about career pathways in their organizations.
