The demolition of the old Robert Crown Community Center will continue through the week of May 4. The first phase of the demolition process, mobilization and asbestos abatement work, is complete and the City will now move on to the next phase.

In the second through fourth weeks, crews will dismantle, separate and haul away above-grade building sections. In weeks five to seven, crews will excavate and remove building foundations.

Demolition work will be conducted between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work may occasionally be conducted on Saturdays, depending on weather conditions and contractor progress.
