While one in three families suffers from diaper need, neither federal nor state subsidy programs like WIC or SNAP cover the cost of diapers.

Bundled Blessings Diaper Pantry in Evanston has been helping to bridge this gap since 2013 by partnering with local social service agencies to provide bundles of diapers to as many as 500 families each month.

In recognition of National Diaper Need Awareness Week, Bundled Blessings Diaper Pantry is hosting a Pack-the-Truck Diaper Drive on Saturday, Sept. 26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at First Methodist Church, Church Street at Hinman Avenue.

Everyone is invited to stop by with a diaper donation to help reach the goal of collecting 20,000 additional diapers for those in need.  All diaper sizes are appreciated.

The drop-off event will be held outside and all social distancing protocol will be followed.  Bundled Blessings is a member of the National Diaper Bank Network. More information is available at faithatfirst.com/serving/bundledblessings.
