Mayor Stephen Hagerty is seeking a talented, local young artist to design his holiday card again this year. Young Evanston artists in grades K-12 are invited to submit their artwork. Mayor Hagerty will review the designs personally and select one winner. Due to COVID-19, this year’s card will be disseminated digitally through Mayor Hagerty’s Holiday Newsletter and the City eNewsletter. The winning artist will be credited for the design. 

Rules:

Artist must be an Evanston resident in grades K-12, or a student in a K-12 Evanston public, private or religious school.

Art should remain secular.

Cards should conform to a standard greeting card size (5×7 in).

Files must not exceed 50mb.

Art must be emailed to holidaycard@cityofevanston.org with the subject line: Mayor Holiday Card Submission/YOUR NAME.

All submissions must be received by Sunday, November 29, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.

The contest is limited to one submission per person.
