With Christmas and New Year’s Day falling on the next two Fridays, there will be some changes in service delivery and facility availability.
Refuse Collection
During the Christmas holiday week, Monday through Thursday trash and recycling collections will occur as normal. Friday condo trash and recycling collections will occur on Saturday, Dec. 26.

The City’s 311 Center will close at 4 p.m. on Dec. 24 and 31, and will be closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
Facilities
· The Morton Civic Center will remain closed.
· Both Evanston Public Library locations will be closed on Dec. 24 and 25 and Jan. 1. The Main Library will close at 5 p.m. on Dec. 31, and the Robert Crown Branch Library will be closed all day.
· The Chandler-Newberger Center will be closed Dec. 24-27 and Jan. 1.
· The Ecology Center will be closed Dec. 24 and 25 and Jan. 1.
