Josh Engel and Amanda Ziegler were among the volunteers recruited by bird-watcher Tamima Itani for a spring cleanup earlier this week. She was eager to have debris removed from the banks of the North Shore Channel to prepare the bird habitat along the North Shore Channel for the spring bird migration.
