The lids of the garbage bins in my block of Keeney Street (the block just east of Dodge Av) were left open after pickup today (Monday, March 15, 2021).
This has never happened before and I hope that the employee responsible is instructed to never do it again! Since it was snowing this afternoon, I ended up with significant snow in the bottom of my bin and I imagine that others on my block did as well.
