One in three families has a shortage of diapers. Neither federal nor state subsidy programs like WIC or SNAP cover the cost of diapers.
Bundled Blessings Diaper Pantry has been helping to bridge this gap since 2013 by partnering with local social service agencies to provide bundles of diapers to as many as 500 families each month.
Bundled Blessings Diaper Pantry is hosting a Pack-the-Truck Diaper Drive from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on June 5 at First Methodist Church, 516 Church St. (at Orrington Avenue). The drop-off site is on Church Street.
Community members are urged to stop by with a diaper donation to help reach their goal of collecting 20,000 additional diapers for those in need. All diaper sizes are appreciated. The drop-off event will be held outside and all social distancing protocol will be followed. Bundled Blessings is a member of the National Diaper Bank Network.
