FEW Spirits, 918 Chicago Ave., will be hosting its very first pop-up bar. FEW 72 will run from Oct. 28 until Nov. 3 from 5 to 10 p.m., with a special friends and family sneak-peek on Wednesday, Oct. 27.
The tasting room will be modeled after vintage hotel and motel bars.
“If you’ve taken the FEW tour before or know your Evanston history, you know that 1972 is the first year that alcohol sales were made legal in our fair city,” said House Manager Lolo McGrath. “We’re bringing the feeling of a classy, sexy, autumnal-hued hotel bar to the FEW Spirits tasting room, where you can enjoy a cocktail menu featuring our own spins on the 1970s best and worst.”
