The holidays aren’t always happy for everyone. For some, the struggle with addiction can be particularly acute during a time meant for joy.
Amita Health’s Behavioral Medicine Institute will host Sober Holiday virtual support sessions for anyone struggling with addiction. Father Jim Swarthout, addiction specialist, will facilitate these hour-long sessions meant to help guide people through the season.
