Kristin Lems walks around Evanston every day and takes pictures. The three photos below were taken in the last two weeks ago near the Skokie Swift tracks between Ridge and Custer. Two of them are “puffballs” and the other is a mushroom Shelf, Lems wrote in a memo to the RoundTable.
Kristin Lems also photographed a young buck about two weeks ago.
