Evanston eased to its fourth straight basketball win Tuesday night at Beardsley Gym, scoring a 66-30 running-clock victory over Chicago Lake View.

The Wildkits, now 15-6 overall, built a 36-12 halftime lead and never looked back. Lake View didn’t score a field goal in the final quarter.

A total of 13 players scored for the winners, led by Malachi Barrett with 14 points and Isaiah Moore with 10. Rey Catuy contributed 6 points and 5 steals off the bench and sophomore Antoine Thomas, promoted to the varsity last week, scored his first 3 varsity points in the Jan. 25 game.

The Wildkits play at Glenbrook North on Friday, Jan. 28 and will take on Lake Forest at the 10th annual War On The Shore Saturday, Jan. 29 at Loyola Academy.
