Valentine’s Day is this Monday, Feb. 14, and Evanston bakeries, confectioners, breweries and restaurants, among others, are offering some sweet treats and dining deals. Here’s a list of some of them, along with RoundTable staff member picks for a delicious and affordable Valentine’s dinner.
