The Wild & Scenic Film Festival is presented annually by the Evanston Environmental Association and the City of Evanston. This is the festival’s 12th year. Participants are invited to enjoy the festival either in-person or from the comfort of their homes through a new interactive livestream platform. All proceeds from the film festival support the operations and programming of the Evanston Ecology Center.
The festival offers a line-up of the best in environmental and adventure short films covering a variety of topics relevant to those concerned about the future of the planet. The Wild & Scenic Film Festival is organized and produced by the South Yuba River Citizens League and was started in part to help environmental organizations like the Evanston Environmental Association grow its membership.
