Registration for the Summer Reading Challenge 2022 begins at the Library on June 1! Registered participants will get a free book and a BINGO-style card full of different reading-based activities to complete. Once you get a BINGO, you can pick up a prize and enter a raffle! Drop by beginning June 1 to pick up your card. Learn more about summer reading!

All summer, the Evanston Public Library will be coming to a beach, park, or block party near you. You can drop in to do a fun activity, pick up a free book to keep and register for the Summer Reading Challenge. Keep an eye on our upcoming field dates and where we’ll be located:
First Friday! Friday, June 3, 5 to 9 p.m. at Mason Park
D65 Pep Fest: Saturday, June 4, 11 to 6 p.m. at Washington School
Brummel-Dobson Park: Thursday, June 9, 5 to 6 p.m.
James Park: Monday, June 13, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Fleetwood-Jourdain: Tuesday, June 14, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
