Dear RoundTable readers,

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be upgrading our systems with a new signup and account management system that will really change a lot of the back end of our website.

We think this new system will really help us better manage administrative tasks and that it will give you one place to manage things like your newsletter subscriptions, recurring donations and other activity on our site all in one place.

But there will be a transition that means you might need to re-verify your email address. Even if you’ve already signed up to receive our newsletters or made donations in the past, the prompts will take you through a re-verification process that may seem like you were never part of our RoundTable family.

It’s not true. You are family and we are lucky to have you. But bear with us, and please complete the prompts and re-enter your email if the system asks.

You may start to see some of these changes as early as Thursday of this week. We’ll be sending a more detailed email message about the changes on Wednesday and how you can easily navigate them. We’ll also post information on the RoundTable website.

Thank you,

Your friends at the RoundTable
