Last week, was a great night for the annual Wine Walk sponsored by the Main-Dempster Mile community organization. 

Crowds of people moseyed up and down Chicago Avenue, Main and Dempster streets Thursday visiting participating businesses, sampling wine and delicious snacks and enjoying the live music featured at various points along the way. 

There were three different routes to take and 37 different businesses participating.

One hundred percent of the night’s profits go to Puerta Abierta Spanish Immersion Preschool. The people the RoundTable spoke to were delighted to welcome the Wine Walk back after a two-year COVID absence. The mood was festive and happy!
