Corrine Passage Spirit of Evanston Award 2022
Do you know someone who embodies the spirit of Evanston? Is there someone you know who gave in an extraordinary way to our community during the pandemic? Someone who is infused with a powerful commitment to help our community?
The Spirit of Evanston Award honors an individual in the Evanston community who embodies the complex mix of qualities that is our city: courage, vision, compassion, and creativity. In 2012, it was renamed the Corrine Passage Spirit of Evanston Award in honor of one of Evanston’s business and philanthropic leaders and founder of the MashUp. This year, we’re asking for your help to find an Evanstonian that exemplifies the extraordinary spirit of our city! Help us shine the light on an amazing Evanstonian!
Future of Evanston Award 2022
Last year, the MashUp launched the first Future of Evanston Award to showcase the power, talent, and community connections of Evanstonians who are 18 years old or younger.
Now–we are looking at you, Evanstonians, to nominate young people who embody self-motivation, community spirit, a powerful imagination and who have taken the initiative to help their community in some amazing way. We will be giving the Future of Evanston Award to three young people this year: one in Grammar School, one in Middle School and one in High School.
The winners will be honored at the MashUp on November 2 and at a celebratory dinner with all MashUp award winners in late November. Winners will be notified by October 15.
