  1. Such a great and inspirational human being. Witnessed his music in the early 60s (when he was heavier).
    In the 80s I had the pleasure of dining at his home ( when he lived next door to Rev. Jesse Jackson) for a Thanksgiving dinner. His late son Kevyn invited me and a girlfriend.
    Such an honorable gentleman and an awesome family. I will cherish those memories for ever.
