The Jewish Reconstructionist Congregation synagogue, 303 Dodge Ave., was the first platinum LEED-certified house of worship in North America when it was built in 2008. This beautiful building was designed by architect, Carol Ross Barney, who is the 2023 winner of the AIA Gold Medal. She also designed the Levy Center across the street from JRC.
