Stewart grew up in Evanston and graduated from ETHS. She brings 23 years of law enforcement experience to Evanston, including 15 years in police leadership roles. She holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Chicago State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University. So reassuring that our new Police Chief has inspired heightened morale among the force. I had no doubt!
