David Crisco jogs through Calvary Catholic Cemetery, his favorite place to exercise. “It gives me a lot of peace being able to be here,” he said. Crisco, 41, comes to the cemetery at 301 Chicago Ave. at least once a week. He usually runs about three miles. “It helps me accept my mortality,” he said. Calvary opened in 1859, four years before Evanston was incorporated. It’s the area’s oldest diocesan cemetery. (Photo by Richard Cahan)
