Ever wondered what it’s like to work with NASA’s newest and most high-tech space telescope?
Hosted by Northwestern University’s Center for Interdisciplinary Exploration and Research in Astrophysics, the second annual Astronomy Night Out is set for 7 p.m. at Technological Institute, 2145 Sheridan Road. It will be an unforgettable evening of family-friendly astronomy fun.
Astronomy Night Out will begin with CIERA’s own Prof. Allison Strom will share her experience working with the JWST (James Webb Space Telescope). After her talk, there will be astronomy activity booths & demonstrations and telescopes set up for guests to look at the night sky!
