STRENGTH IN COMMUNITY

When Caryn Eldridge started coming to our early childhood literacy programs three years ago as a new mother, she says she discovered an entire community of friends developed through the Library and acquired a greater sense of connection to the Evanston community. They call their group “the Class of '34”—which is when their youngest children will graduate high school.

We hope communities like this one are staying strong right now. We have to continue supporting each other even when we can't be together!
