School District 65 posted the results of a “Remote Learning Survey” on its website last week. The survey was conducted between May 19 and June 3 to gather information about the remote learning provided by the District last spring.

The participants in the survey included 1,129 students in grades 4-8; 2,505 parents of students in grades pre K-8 (85 of whom responded in Spanish); and 823 teachers.

The students and parents who responded were only those who were still “connected” to school, and the District says the survey results thus reflect an “upward bias (more positive).”

This article provides the responses to only a few of the responses by students, parents and teachers. The entire report is available here.
