| Details | Found is kicking 2019 off with a bang and if you’ve been looking for the perfect way to ring in the New Year and fill next year’s social calendar, let Evanston’s culinary tastemaker be your guide. Returning in January, Found’s wildly popular Salon Series boasts a full schedule of winter events, all hosted by your Mistress of Ceremonies, owner Amy Morton. It all begins on Tuesday, January 8th with the launch of Smooth Pours & Tunes! Bring in your own records and take over the Found turntable as whiskey aficionado, Dave Sweet, pours up tastings from his favorite bottles. Enjoy the art of the tease with a Burlesque Revue from Found favorite Eva la Feva on Thursday, January 17th. Doors open at 8:00 p.m. reserved seating is available with a dinner reservation and $20 cover. Found neighbor and FEW Spirits founder, Paul Hletko, stops by for a visit on Tuesday, January 28th. Join Paul for samples galore from Evanston’s oldest distillery, paired with top bar bites from the Found kitchen. On Tuesday, February 25th, prepare yourself for a Found Tap Take Over. Evanston’s first and oldest brewery, Temperance Beer Co., moves in and teams up with Executive Chef Bradford Phillips for a three-course tasting menu, costing $45 per person (excluding tax & gratuity). From Found and partners, 2nd Story, comes the next chapter of Stories and Chefs. Save your seat on Sunday, March 3rd and experience an evening of storytelling paired with a curated four-course menu.
