Snow should impact the area later tonight and end before rush hour Tuesday morning. Snow is expected to start accumulating between 8pm and 9 pm tonightand the bulk of the accumulations should be down by 2am Tuesday. Snow Update, 1/1/14

Snow continues to fall over the area. Since this morning an additional 3.8” has fallen giving Evanston 7.8” for the storm thus far. Tonight additional Lake effect snow is expected which is anticipated to extend into tomorrow afternoon or evening.
