The City of Evanston has prepared a draft action plan to help guide Evanston’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. The plan describes some of the devastation that has occurred and impacted residents and businesses; it provides a brief history of actions taken to address the harm caused by the pandemic; it establishes principles and goals of actions that need to be taken; and it lays out a list of strategies for each action.
