We’ll be playing Loteria, a popular game in Mexico that is similar to bingo but with the added fun of solving riddles! We’ll have prizes for everyone!
Karla Valenti is the author of the middle grade novel LOTERIA. The novel is rooted in Mexican lore and based on the Loteria card game. While searching for her missing cousin, a young girl, Clara, travels to a mythical kingdom and becomes entangled in a perilous game of chance. It’s excellent for middle grade and older readers!
