Childcare Network of Evanston hosts first walk/run on May 14

Childcare Network of Evanston will host its first ever family-friendly walk along Evanston’s lakefront starting at 10 a.m. this Saturday, May 14. The event will kick off at Elliot Park,1051 Lake Shore Boulevard. The “Zero to Five K” walk route will begin and end at the park – rain or shine – and the distance you walk is up to you!  Event proceeds will help advance CNE’s mission to make sure all children in our community have access to the opportunities, resources and supports that will prepare them for kindergarten and beyond.

Register for the event at CNE’s website.  Registration fee is $25 per individual and $35 per family.
