Lens Stories Exhibit, June 9 – 20, 2022
1100 Florence Gallery is thrilled to host photographer Ren Freeman’s “Lens Stories” exhibit this June.
Freeman is a dance, movement, and portraiture photographer who collaborates with movement artists and dance companies in Chicago.
Freeman’s work often incorporates fantasy elements with recurring themes of flight, strength, and surrender. Capturing movement is at the center of her work in her visual storytelling from the beautiful to the darkly magical.
Join us for an opening reception, Friday, June 10, 6-8p. There will be a short, special guest movement performance at 7p by Moonwater Dance Project and Mo Naughton. This reception is free to attend and open to the public. Click here to RSVP.
