Evanston Scholars’ Application Info Session for current ETHS sophomores and their parents

Evanston Scholars is currrently accepting applications for the Class of 2023. We are looking for ambitious ETHS sophomores who would like support with the college access and success process.

Application Info Session: Students and/or parents who would like to learn more about the program, or have specific questions regarding the application can come to our Office Hours on April 9, from 4:00PM-5:30PM, on Zoom — drop by anytime using this Zoom Link.

Who should apply for Evanston Scholars?  
We are seeking high school sophomore students in Evanston who fit most of the following criteria:

• Academically ambitious, motivated and committed students who perform strong academically (over 2.7 GPA unweighted)
• First-generation college students
• Come from a low-income household
• Person of color
• Have a strong desire to complete college

Evanston Scholars offers programming, workshops, and cohort-building experiences that support students not only on their path to and through college, but also as they launch a career. The application deadline is Thursday, April 15 by 11:59PM.

This is the only entry point into our 6-year program, so we want to make sure that every student has access to the opportunity to apply.
